How much is the fee if I refer a company?

The calculation of your total fee is based on the total number of subscriptions a company has activated during the first 4 months after its registration according to the terms and conditions of Mobile Vikings for Business.

4 months after registration of the company

An initial one-off fee of minimum €70 after registration of the referred company. A minimum of two active subscriptions must have been activated in that company's account and a minimum of two invoices must have been paid for those subscriptions. For additional active subscriptions on top of those two, an additional one-time fee of €10 per additional active subscription is due.

From the 5th to the 7th month after the company's registration

An additional one-time fee of €10 per additional active subscription added to the company's account.

How do I get a company to register to Mobile Vikings for Business with me as a reference?

We can only link you to a company that registers through your personal invitation link. So it's very important that you agree on this with the company in question. You can find your personal link in your My Viking account.

When is the fee paid?

Your fee is paid according to the schedule below.

1st payment = in the 4th month for subscriptions added after company registration. This first payment is minimum € 70 (€ 50 + 2 x € 10 per activated subscription according to the terms & conditions) + € 10 per extra actived subscription.
2nd payment = in the 5th month for newly added subscriptions in month 2 after company registration, € 10 per additional activated subscription.
3rd payment = in the 6th month for newly added subscriptions in month 3 after company registration, € 10 per additional activated subscription.
4th payment = in the 7th month for newly added subscriptions in month 4 after company registration, € 10 per additional activated subscription.

When do I choose between payment in Viking Points or cash?

As soon as the conditions are met, you will receive an e-mail from us with every (intermediate) payment. For each payment you can indicate whether you prefer to receive your fee in Viking Points or in cash.

I have an active VAT number in my My Viking account. Can I also participate in the reward programme Member Gets Business within Mobile Vikings for Business?

Yes, you can. You will receive an annual tax form for the fees you received via Member Gets Business. You have to include this form in your tax return.

How long does the reward program Member Gets Business within Mobile Vikings for Business last?

For all companies that are registered via your personal invitation link on the website of Mobile Vikings for Business before December 31st 2022, you will receive a fee. It is therefore perfectly possible that a fee will be paid in 2023.
