My registration failed and/or is still pending. What went wrong?

It can take up to 1 day to complete your registration. Has that time already passed, and you haven't received confirmation yet? Please check:

  • Whether your account is set to private. We cannot link a private account to your Mobile Vikings account. We explain how to change your settings here. You should then receive your confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • Whether your gamer ID has been entered correctly. The smallest typo can cause problems! Spotted an error? Please contact our helpdesk.
