Has your phone been stolen or lost? You can easily block your current eSIM and request a replacement eSIM through your My Viking account. Select the phone number, go to the 'SIM Card' tab, and then click on 'Replace/Transfer SIM Card'. During your request, choose the option 'eSIM'. You will then immediately receive an email with the necessary instructions to activate it.
