How do I replace a physical SIM card with an eSIM?

You can request your replacement SIM card for free via SIM card settings in your My Viking account. Do you have multiple Mobile Vikings numbers? Then first choose the SIM card you want to replace with an eSIM. After requesting your eSIM, you immediately receive an email with the necessary instructions to activate it.
