I currently have an eSIM from another provider. How do I make the switch?

On a device that supports eSIMs, you can set several eSIM profiles, but only one of them can be active.

Are you switching from another provider? Then we advise you to remove the eSIM profile of the previous provider before scanning the Mobile Vikings QR code. You will receive this QR code after entering the 4-digit activation code.

To delete your old operator's eSIM, follow these steps:

Android

  • Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
  • Select the eSIM you wish to delete.
  • Click on the indicator to deactivate the eSIM.
  • Click on ‘Delete’.

iPhone

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Network or Mobile Data.
  • Select the eSIM you wish to delete.
  • Click on 'Delete eSIM'.
