I have an older device and can't use the My Viking app. What do I do?
Do you have the old My Viking app? You can continue using it. Did you already remove it? Then check if you can recover it. Here's how that works:
- iOS: Go to the App Store. Tap the profile icon at the top right. Choose 'Purchases'. In this list, you'll find the Viking App and can install the old version on your device again.
- Android: Update Android to version 5 or higher. Not an option? Go to the Google Play Store. Tap the menu on the top left corner. Choose 'My apps and games'. Tap 'Library'. Find the Viking App and choose 'install' or 'enable'.
If you didn't have the old Viking App installed, you'll unfortunately won't be able to download it any more.
