Blocking and Replacing Your SIM Card

Has your phone been stolen or lost? You can easily request a replacement SIM card through your My Viking account. Select the phone number, go to the 'SIM Card' tab, and then click on 'Replace/Transfer SIM Card'.

During the request process, you can:

  • choose either a physical SIM card or an eSIM
  • immediately block your old SIM card (or choose not to)

Finding and/or Blocking Your Phone

If you have lost your phone, you can:

  1. Ask someone to call you, it might still be in your jacket pocket or bag.
  2. Trace and/or block your smartphone using an app.
