Don’t worry! If your Easy Switch information is incorrect when you want to switch to internet at home from Mobile, we will notify you by email. ;-) You can easily update your information via the link in the email. Please note, as long as you don't provide us with the correct information, we won't be able to process your switch to Mobile Vikings.
You can usually find your customer number and Easy Switch ID from your previous operator in the customer portal or on an invoice from your previous operator.
