Can I easily change rate plans for my internet at home?

You don't have Fiber

Do you currently have a VDSL connection and want to switch to Fiber? First, you need to check if Fiber is available at your address. You can easily do this through your My Viking account:

  • Is Fiber available? Great, then you only need to book an appointment and an installer will come and install Fiber for you, free of charge.
  • Is Fiber not yet available? Don’t worry, Fiber is being rolled out in different phases. It is possible that your address is (currently) not in a zone where Fiber is available today. Read more about it in this article.

If Fiber is not available at your location yet, you can still surf at super-fast speeds with our 'Unlimited Fast Internet” subscription while you wait! ;-)

You already have Fiber

You can easily change the tariff plan of your internet subscription at any time through your My Viking account. You will find this option under “Product” > "Change Subscription”. Then, choose your new tariff plan from our Fiber offerings:

  • Unlimited Fast Internet: download speed up to 100 Mbps.
  • Unlimited Superfast Internet: download speed up to 1 Gbps.
  • Unlimited Hyperspeed Internet: download speed up to 5 Gbps.
The change will take effect immediately. For your previous tariff plan, you will receive a pro rata invoice for the last billing period.
