How do I switch a minor's prepaid card to a subscription?

Legally, a minor cannot take out a subscription. Do you still want a subscription for one of your children? We have a solution for you: as an adult parent, you can take a subscription. For this, you will need to change the birthdate in your son’s/daughter’s account.

You cannot change this yourself in your My Viking account. You need to contact our helpdesk for this. Send an email to info@mobilevikings.be with a copy of your identity card and proof that you are the parent or guardian of the minor. Once the birthdate is changed, you can take a subscription.
