My Viking points have been 'pending' for a long time. When will I receive them?

On our Viking Deals page, it's indicated per partner how long it takes for your Viking Points to be confirmed. This period varies from partner to partner (due to exchange deadlines, among other factors).
After activating a Viking Deal, you will receive a confirmation email after your purchase or booking. From then, your Viking Points will be 'pending'. This email also includes the expected date when your Viking Points will become available. You can easily check the status of your ‘pending’ Viking Points through your My Viking account.
