If you set up or use your devices incorrectly, it may cause malfunctions or even damage to the network. You are always responsible for any damage incurred during the installation of your own hardware.
Are you jeopardizing your neighbors' network? Then we may decide to (temporarily) stop or even disconnect your services. If you cause damage on the network that results in costs, we will have to charge you these. We prefer not to do this, so we advise you to read the information on our FAQ page carefully.
Some tips before you start:
- Do plenty of research before you begin.
- The hardware you choose must meet certain technical requirements.
- Read the manufacturer's manual carefully before starting the installation.
