I have topped up my SIM card via bank transfer but I still haven't received the calling credit. How come?

Keep in mind that when topping up your SIM card by bank transfer it can take up to 5 working days to process the transaction. If you want to receive the calling credit immediately, we recommend that you top up via Bancontact, Visa or Mastercard.
