To consult your voicemail while abroad, call +32 456 19 19 33. You will need your PIN code to access your voicemail. Forgot your PIN code? No problem: the options menu for your voicemail gives you the option to have the code sent to you by text.
Within the European Union, you call your voicemail for free. Outside the EU, you pay the local rate for an outgoing call. You can check those rates on our roaming page.
Do you have Only Data? Because you don’t have any calling credit, you can’t consult your voicemail outside of the EU.
Is a call forwarded to your voicemail when you're outside the EU? Please note, these call minutes are charged, even if your phone is in airplane mode. We therefore recommend you to deactivate your voicemail via your My Viking account.
In the course of 2024, we will gradually activate visual voicemail. So visual voicemail may also be active for your phone number. You can find all the info on that here.
