What can I do when my direct debit is blocked?

You should contact your bank to check why your payment was refused. For privacy reasons, your bank is not allowed to disclose the reason for refusal.

Did a payment for an invoice or payment invitation not go through? Pay for it manually via your My Viking account. You can also top-up manually. Your payment method won't work any more for future payments.

When your direct debit is blocked, you can't use it anymore for future payments. You can create a new payment method viMy Viking. You can use the same info as the previous payment method for this.
