Can I exchange my data-only SIM card for a regular SIM card (calling, texting and mobile data) or vice versa?

Unfortunately, that is not an option. Using an old data-only SIM card, you can't call or text or use it outside of Belgium. Do you want to switch? Order a new prepaid SIM card or SIM card with subscription.
