What do I do if I’ve ordered the wrong SIM card?

With a subscription you can opt for an eSIM. Have you ordered an eSIM, but do you need a physical SIM card (or vice versa of course)? Then you will find the steps to fix that here.

If you ordered a physical SIM card and the SIM card has not yet been sent (i.e. you are yet to receive a confirmation email), our helpdesk will be able to cancel your request. Let us know as soon as possible by email or phone.
