I didn't receive my SIM card. What do I do?

Have you been waiting over 5 working days? Please send an email to the customer care team and we will send you a new SIM card. The first SIM card we sent you, probably got lost in the mail.
If you ordered a new SIM card (without number transfer) or a data-only SIM card, check your account to see if you already did an initial top-up. As soon as that's done, the SIM card will automatically be shipped. If you chose a SIM card with a subscription, this initial payment isn't necessary. If this initial payment was done or not needed, and you've been waiting for over 5 working days, please send an email to the customer care team and we will send you a new SIM card. The first SIM card we sent you, probably got lost in the mail.
