Have you been waiting over 5 working days? Please send an email to the customer care team and we will send you a new SIM card. Make sure to also provide the correct address again. The first SIM card we sent you, probably got lost in the mail.
Classic SIM card with new number
- If you ordered a new SIM card (without number transfer) or a data-only SIM card, check your account to see if you already did an initial top-up. As soon as that's done, the SIM card will automatically be shipped. If you chose a SIM card with a subscription, this initial payment isn't necessary.
- If this initial payment was done or not needed, and you've been waiting for over 5 working days, please send an email to the customer care team and we will send you a new SIM card. Make sure to also provide the correct address again. The first SIM card we sent you, probably got lost in the mail.
