I haven't received my Viking points. How can I submit a claim?

After activating a Viking Deal, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase or booking. From then on, your Viking Points will be 'pending.' Please note that you need to wait at least 72 hours for the full registration of your purchase.
Haven't received an email after 72 hours?
Check via your My Viking account to see if your purchase was registered. If your purchase does not appear in the overview of your Viking Points, there may have been an issue. This can occasionally happen. In this case, you can submit a claim via your My Viking account. We will investigate it together with the Viking Deal partner. We can't promise anything, but if you do end up receiving Viking Points, we will notify you. ;-)
After submitting your claim
After submitting a claim, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will indicate the average waiting period for processing your claim. Please note that this is an average period. Due to reasons such as exchange periods, it may sometimes take a while for our partners to investigate a claim. You can check the status of your claim in your My Viking account.
