How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information including your name, address and email address very easily via your My Viking account on the website. You can't change your personal information via the app, you will be redirected to the website.

Want to add a VAT number to your account? You're also in the right place. If you click on 'account' and then click on the pencil next to 'Billing information', you will see a box at the bottom right that you can check to add the number.
