How can I reset my voicemail PIN code?

Have you forgotten your the PIN code of your voicemail? Then you can retrieve it by following these steps:

  • Typ #145# on your mobile

  • Press the call key

  • You will receive your voicemail code by SMS (free of charge).

You can change your voicemail PIN code by following these steps:

  • Call 1933 on your mobile or 0456 19 19 33 (abroad or from another phone).

  • Select option 3 (Change mailbox settings)

  • Select option 2 (Personal code)

Follow the instructions and enter a secret voicemail code with 6 to 8 digits. Avoid using obvious combinations such as your birth date, 123456 or 111111. Your new voicemail code will be activated within 2 hours.

If the wrong PIN code is entered three times, your voicemail will automatically be blocked. To reactivate your voicemail send an email to info@mobilevikings.be stating your phone number. Our helpdesk will then make sure that your voicemail is reactivated as soon as possible.
