What if I am not home during my modem delivery?

No problem, your modem will be waiting for you at a bpost collection point near you where you can pick it up whenever you want. Bpost will let you know where your package is via e-mail. As with any other parcel, your package will only wait a few days at the collection point. So be sure to pick it up in time before bpost returns the package to our address.
