I want to install my modem myself. When will I receive my modem?

We'll send your modem your way as soon as possible, which means you can expect a package within 3 business days if everything goes perfectly. In any case, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can start tracking where your package is and prepare for the modem's arrival as best you can. ;)
